We want you to feel calm about trying MoeinDesk. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again. Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund for a recent charge — if you want both, please also request a refund as described above.
